17/18% pretty good guesstimate. But dude great progress. From pre's to these looks like you've cut your BF in half! Get some calipers man If you get good ones they are surprisingly accurate.

That begs the question, what are you doing? Awesome progress. Quite a transformation. Please help with insight into your plan. I'm happy with my progressive gains but need an easy plan for BF loss. That's my downfall. I give into temptation too easily. Plus I get really moody when I'm hungry.

Im eating big
Im just eating clean and im eating every 100-120 minutes
Protein only foods in the morning and my carbs(plus more protein) in the afternoon/evening
Ive gained muscle and lost fat from it, the scales are staying the same over the last couple of weeks but the fat is still dropping (at a slower rate but its all good)
I have just completed a cycle of low dose test and tren
Which would have had an impact lol

Thanks for the link; that's good info on your diet. I'm really interested in your cycle because you started at 25% BF, that's where I am and have been told to get down to at most 13% before starting anything. Are you a freak of nature or is it really no big deal to start at 25%?

Cycling over 15% increases the chances of getting bad side effects.
I already started this before i learned this from other members, had i knew this info before starting i wouldnt have cycled until i had dropped a lot of bodyfat
Ive cycled a few times in the past and never experienced gyno.
This cycle i developed a small painful lump under my left nipple towards the end, ive got rid of it quickly but this is a prime example, it may have been a concidence it may have been because i cycled at high bodyfat.
I guess you have to weigh up the risks,
Some are lucky some arent.
Id class the gyno i got mild-medium, some cycling st 25% may get severe gyno.
Its safer to just be patient, get your diet in check and lose bf then hop on
