    Updated bf% please

    Hi guys, so I've been cutting for prob my first real time ever. It's been just under two weeks now and want to know my progress and if anyone can see a difference. Need some confidence as this has been a hard process so far. Here's some before and after shots.

    2 weeks is a bit early to be spotting differences via pics, try once a month but good work! Hit that chest it needs filling out

    Good work man... Hopefully you loose 1-2 lbs each week for a while. Cutting seems hard at first but once you get used to it you will really enjoy the feeling of being hungry knowing your dropping bf
