My first pics
Im still looking for a before pic but a year ago I was about 170 @ around 13% now Im around 190 and Im not possitive of what my BF is these days...maybe 8%... tell me what you think or what needs work...

Actually your biceps look good. Start cocentrating on the triceps. Good back also and narrow waist.

Work on the forearms and chest. Can't tell you about your legs because you didn't show them!!! You are training them, right?

From your pictures I see that you are stronger on your shoulders and traps. Chest seems good too. I would suggest to increase you arms size. I think you triceps are weaker. Also work on forearms and calves.

Your lower back looks like it could use some more hardcore training. Kick out those back extensions and some good mournings on back day. Your chest is looking good and your traps are looking full.
