GB - Current Pics
I may not have been around much lately (ok, I haven't been around much at ALL for the past couple years), but I haven't stopped hitting it hard. In fact, I'm the biggest I've ever been, and fairly lean. Mind you, I'm not a mass monster obviously ... never will be, never wanted to be. But for me - probably a 150lb frame - this is pretty decent.
5'10, 205lbs, 12ish % BF.

Shoot man, you've put in a lot of work. Appearance like that doesn't happen w/o a LOT of effort.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Thanks for the love, all. Those of you who remember me from way back might remember I struggled (still do) to put on quality muscle without a LOT of extra bodyfat (regardless of a tight/clean diet) due to years of prior bodily abuse. I'm still not where i want to be, but then again, are we ever? I am, however, finally at a point where I'm typically one of the better physiques in any gym I go into, and almost always the best physique in random public places. I have to be happy with that!!!

Thanks so much guys!! Wow RC, I totally know what picture you're referring to - from when i was in Mexico, 2010. lol. Funny part is I was 210ish in those pics, only 5lbs less here but body composition is completely different - or, at the very least, muscle is much more dense and 'mature' now. Still a long way to go before I achieve the look I REALLY have in mind (and I may not ever be able to, as I'm natural), but I'm not ready to give it up yet!

Very inspiring buddy. We are about the same weight/frame size but your body comp is so much better. That's OK, like you I've been hard on my body over the years. I came here looking for an easier softer way but that's just foolish. Instead I have become more efficient with my workouts and especially my diet and all natural. Great to see such results, very motivational..

Thank you brother. Trust me - if you ever come across any of my older threads, posts, etc. you will see my struggle. I feel like I've been through hell and back with this gatdamned bodybuilding, lol. I came close to giving up SO many times ... thought I'd never grow ... never have the look I desired. And to be honest, I still don't - but I've come to accept what I have to work with, and realized that I am never going to be a 250lb mass monster, but will work to be the best ME that I can. Still a work in progress, but I feel I have finally achieved somewhat of an appreciable look.
All this to say - keep up what you're doing. As long as you have a passion and desire, you can't fail.
Thanks a ton, Strong - means a lot. Yes, I was happy when I got there ... just to be under 200lbs was huge for me. Funny how now, I freak when I get down to around 200lbs, lol.
