Swedish figure
Hello, here is some weeks old pics on me at 147 pounds, is down on 143 now, 5,5 feets tall, has diet done from 179
I´m intresstred in figure and mayby amatur BB.

179 down to 143 is a great start. Your frame looks great for BB. You've got the nice wide shoulders to start with. All you have to do now is pack on some more mass.
Right now I don't think you are far from being ready for figure. You look great now and with a little more toning your good to go. What ever you decide good luck and congratulations on what you've accomplished already

Great job H. Very nice figure... I say keep leaning down until dieting becomes second nature. Then put on some more lean mass.
Or if you’re already well adjusted to dieting then keep an above maintenance of calories and gain lean mass while losing as much body fat as possible.
If you’d like I can send you the two diet “zigzag” (zigzag- a moderate to low to high caloric intake- using bodyweight taken each week x nutrient type) versions my fiancé and me use when leaning.

Nice heroine. How long have you been training? What's your routine? Diet? I'd like to see your abs come out more but you get props for such a small waist!

I have been going to the gym for 6 years, lets say 2 years of seriously training.
My traning;
I base my diet on protein and fat, and is carefull whir getting all the witamins, minerals, fibre... I eat carbs most after my weighttraning and on the morning and hac´ve some loadingdays.
I don´t use to calculate my cal, but I think that I´m vary between 1500 and 2500.
I lift weights (heavy!) about every second day, which muscle a train is based on feeling (but the get the same quantity)..
I´m lazy and sleppa a lot
and use proteinpowdwe, glutamin and ephedra (most to get more energic and less hungry)
And then a do a lot of cardio, live near the forest and have a dog...
I thinks that was all....

The figure-show that I´m thinking about is 17-19okt, certainly I wanna make it!
have been loosing weight since feb, but it´s just too increase a bit?

you should get into BBing, you have a nice frame for it. you look great, you may wanna tone the arms a bit more, and work on your thighs, they are a great shape, a lil cuttin and you could def do some shows... but you def look great..
