Hey man I appreciate the support and I'm so humbled by the knowledge from the more experienced guys like my man GH. We're never done learning. Lol I can remember being in my 20's and thinking I was jacked lmao young and stupid and full of ego. One of the MOST important things I've learned in life is ego will set us back greatly, if not destroy us altogether. It's a natural instinct so we have to work on it and with experience and maturity we can keep it in check and get so much more out of life and human interaction.
I know where I'm at in my journey, and yes I've worked my ass of but I acknowledge that a guy like Gearheaded has worked his ass of even MORE to get to where he is so I think there's a lot of love and respect in this game cause we know what it takes and you CAN'T fake this shit. You either got it or you don't. You either put the work in or you don't, and it's evident either way. I love this shit man. It allows me to compete with myself in one of, if not THE purest form available, and I need to execute a lot of discipline to continue achieving my goals...It almost seems like we're NEVER done lol..
I'll be happy when I'm jacked and shredded enough to step on a stage and I may not even win, but at that point I will have reached A goal of mine, but the beauty is I'm always hitting a goal cause I keep setting them...That's kind of the END goal, but I already know that by the time I get there I'll have another whole vision for where I want to go next and will need many NEW goals to get there. Keep setting attainable goals for yourself and be open to advice (from the right people) and always stick to your path that you've laid out for yourself and I guarantee you'll be where you wanna be in no time at all. Dude I've only been REALLY doing this for 9 1/2 months. That ain't shit time wise and I've made a lot of progress in that time so if I can do it then so can you.
I'm happy to have you around dropping lines and adding your thoughts. If you have any questions or just wanna say what's up I'll be around the forum. Take it easy man and thanks again for your support.

You got it bro. I look forward to keeping track of your progress and watching YOU hit your goals. Truthfully, i cant agree with you more, and it really does inspire me to get my ass up and push a little more, watch my diet when i feel like cheatin, set goals and do my best to hit them regardless of what they are to anyone else, as long as they are where i wanna be. Im here bro, anytime

That's good shit man. You can def lean on us for advice and support. This is a bad ass spot to connect with people who are striving towards similar goals and get feedback on how we can maybe do things a bit better to speed up the process and be more efficient. If you decide to start a thread on your progress I'll be happy to participate in it. It can be a great way to stay focused and get honest opinions to help us learn and grow!

So just a quick update on my progress. I'm going into a bulking phase and added Nandrolone to my compound profile. I've dropped the Mast because it was making me break out badly.
I'm keeping the Winny in for now to keep some of that separation going.. I've raised my Test to 500mg/week and brought in Nandolone at 500mg/week.. Also dropped the Tren for now.
Going to let my receptors resensitize for a bit and then blast another round of Tren. Going to wait until I'm off the Nandolone to restart the Tren. Here is a current pic with the increase in Test and addition of Nandolone and you can tell I'm fuller and a bit bigger. My abs are growing as well but I've had to sacrifice some definition for the time being in order to put on some more size..Any feed back is welcome.

Thanks it seems tricky from a psychological standpoint to bulk in the sense that I start putting on size and with it some bodyfat and then my instinct is to lean out again lol so it's hard for me to stick to one direction because similarly if I'm cutting I'll start to feel small and want to bulk up again lol.
You have any experience with this? I'm working with a coach now although we're still in the bio phase but the plan is going to be to do mini bulks and mini cuts along the way and switch up compounds accordingly. What do you think about that approach vs going hard in one direction..?
You're a big dude how was the process of attaining that mass for you?

Well, only time I ever cut was for shows back in the day. I stay pretty lean year round and have no clue really why other than genetics I guess. One day age will catch up to me as it should have by now.
I've never worked one on one with a coach but what you're dealing with is quite normal for people in this sub-culture. I don't see a problem with his plan particularly as it seems to fit your mind-set, meaning not to extreme in either direction. I can give you this advice, if you're paying for a coach do exactly what they say. Don't go off in your own direction. Commit to it or get out.

Yeah I plan on doing that for sure. This is what I want to do so I'm going for it! I've come pretty far on my own in less that a year but still have so much to learn and I'm not exactly getting off to a young start in this sport so I want to minimize my learning curve and the time I spend doing things inefficiently.
At the advice of this individual I'm starting growth here very soon as it should be here any day now. Ordered from China so it's taking a while. In addition to the growth I will be running insulin as well, but with that I will need him to guide me in a very specific manner because I can't afford to fuck that up!
Ironically, I've learned that most professional bodybuilder's don't really know much of the science of what they're doing and drugs they're taking...they just follow their coaches instructions and exercise extreme discipline by sticking to the regimen no matter what. This is what I intend to do.
Did you run growth and insulin when you were competing? Or maybe you still run it as you are a massive individual lol. The truth is one cannot get that big without them, right?

GH was not around back when I was competing. I do run low dose now though. I've never touched insulin although it intrigues me.
You can get big, just takes a little longer.

Hmmm, ok I didn't know that was the case I thought growth was around back in Arnold's day..? I thought back then they got it from cadavers before it was synthesized..? But regardless that's impressive that you didn't run either to compete..
What compounds did you run the most to achieve the size you're at now?
-

It may have been to guys in those elevated circles, not mine. And yes from cadavers. In my world back then it was Dan Duchains Underground Handbook and that's about it. When I competed, and we're talking several decades ago, cycles were like high end TRT with an oral added in.
I've never really run large cycles like you see on here. Just never felt the need and respond just fine to lower doses. I've never run more than 750 test and 4-500 deca . Never ran more than about 100 mgs Tren A in a cycle and grow just fine from it. To me it's more work ethic, nutrition and consistency that have had the most impact. My weight / appearance stay quite consistent. I don't blow up and then shrink like so many do which to me is a sign of to much AAS or poor nutrition/training habits, or both. Just my opinion.

So you've only run Test and Deca and small doses of Tren for the entire time you've been in this game? That's pretty surprising man. So basically you're saying that people can continue to grow over the course of time on the same dosages of drugs...? I was under the impression that the more muscle mass somebody built the higher doses they would need to support greater mass and amount of androgen receptors..

I've run limited orals but never large amounts. Never had a need for mast, primo, etc. Yes, I don't feel you continually have to run more drugs to make progress. You have to eat and train smarter over time and learn from your past experiences. When it comes to competitions though if all things are exactly equal, the guy who does the most drugs will normally win, unfortunately.

thanks for the compliment brother ! glad to see people appreciate me sharing my experiences for the benefit of anyone who bothers to read. I have a lot of "insider" knowledge , sort of speak, and really not the type of guy to keep it bound up as "secret" like a lot of guys do

Thanks a lot brother I appreciate the support. That's what this is all about in my opinion, us inspiring and motivating each other to be better and push each other to new limits. The reason this community exists in the first place is so we can share our knowledge and experience with one another and all try to gain some insight and then share that insight with the next man.
Most of us probably have very different lives and are very different people but we all share the love for this body building/ fitness thing so I for one am very grateful to have a community like this outside of my network of friends and associates to be involved with because it's an invaluable resource to have so much information at our finger tips.
Keep doing your thing man and hit me up if you want my opinion on anything. Keep it real brother.
