The following pics are my progress from the begininng of the year til now. I trained for about 3 years in highschool and then injured my back and was out for the past 2yrs. Just started back this year. 5'9"195lbs

No roids, it's all natural, I was around the same size when I injured my back a few years ago, so my body responded pretty well to the training, and the diet I put together. The contest I'm doing is at Panama city beach.

You sure you're nattie bro? Not flamin' but your face looks a little bloated compared to your prior pics and in the last shot you're showing a little shoulder/bacne. Regardless of what you used or didn't use, thats one hell of a transformation in such a short period of time, even on gear. You look great.

No juice, all natural. It's not acne on my back, I live out in the country and I'm a magnet for mosquito's so any time I walk out the front door at night, they attack! I've been told my face is starting to look chubby, I guess it's just from gaining so much weight so fast. But again, NO ROIDS. Maybe one day but not now, I already have a temper, and I have 3 children so a dad on a roid rage would'nt be a good role model.

btw, roid rage is overrated, I have a horrible temper and it's really no worse while i'm on, I've just learned to control it.
