    True bf estimate

Ok, handheld (which I know is only accurate for tracking progress) says 10.8%. 7 point caliper at my nutrionist says 8%. My home scale says 18%. I originally was well, IDK. I have a before and after my cut pic. I was 215 before a cut and 185 when finished. So if Iím still in the high teens which I feel I am then I musta been pushing 30% before I cut. I just have a weird body with wide hips. I have attached my original before and after and my current from today. Curious what other opinions are on my original pre cut bf and after. Then on current from today. I have gained 5 pounds since the after in my black and white. I just donít want to bulk on this cycle and end up back to the guy on the left in the black and white then cut right back to square one. I think I just need a lot more overall mass. If I am estimated to be high teens I am not so sure a heavy bulk on this cycle is a smart idea.

I would say right around 15% from those pics.

    ^^^^

13-15% sounds about right. You could buy inexpensive calipers online - just a matter of watching some instructional videos to ensure proper us.

Don't see why you couldn't bulk, +200-300 calories and slowly increase.

I have found that the comparison photos are probably the best and the most repeatable.
Who really needs to know exactly how much anyway? I compete and knowing my bf does nothing, it is all based on how you look I. The mirror. The calipers are by far the most variable.
The scales with body fat are good to use as a reference point and then gain or lose from there. I had a variance of 5-7% body fat from the same brand and model scale . The scales also vary quite a bit based on water retention.
