    Shorty finally brought pics to AR again! You should do well in your show. Is it NPC? Your delts/back are looking huge in the avatar pic. And the conditioning looks to be right on track. Very nice work bro.

    this morning I weighed about 170, I will be in the middleweight class. It is a NPC show, Nov.1st in PHX, AZ. It will be my first show, so this is all a learning experience for me. It's been rough, but I am still glad that I am doing it, and have followed through till the end. If I do good, then great, but if not, i will not be dissapointed. It's suppose to be fun, and that's what it is. Thanks for all the great compliments.

    One more ?... Do you typically lift heavy and have some light days in there...
    I've been working on a good super set program, one a days, and drop set style program...
    PM when you get a chance... I want to know how much your training changes when leaning up... for real though... do you try and lift the same weight when bulking (like I do) or do you lift lighter...

    You will be dialed in perfectly. You back is definetly your best part. All I can recommend is keep your head up when doing a rear lat spread. It will allow you to show your traps-neck tie in. (don't know the actual name but I am sure you understand what I mean) Other then that. Things are right on track keep doing what your are doing and best of luck at the show!!
