    You looked great from every angle. Back is detailed as fuck. And your symmetry and balance is really nice bro. I also admire the separation in your quads. You nailed your conditioning....look at the cuts in those abs! You've got the genetics to take this all the way IMO...I'd start juicing now and take it to the next level.

    Sun - Hams/Calves/lowerback (maybe some cardio)
    Mon - Chest
    Tues - Back (maybe some traps)
    Wednes - Arms (Sometimes Tris AM and Bis/forarms PM)
    Thrus - Quads/Calves
    Fri - Shoulders/Traps
    Sat - Cardio

    I do a little abs every day.....I just started splitting legs precontest and now decided to keep them split...I also just started doing lower back (hypers) with hams as more of a recovery exercise for a herniated disk I suffered precontest....
