15 year old measurements....how im I doing?
OK here I go...
Chest: 41 inches
Arms: 15 inches
forearm: 11 inches
waist: 31 inches
Weight: 168
Height: 5"9
Body Fat: 13-14% (im not sure)
Bench max out: 225
Military press max out: 145
Barbell curl: 110-115
Sorry but my legs are to embarrassing to measure....
I been lifting for about a year and a half...when I first started I was 125 lb. at 5"7. Then I went up to 185 lb. ... now IM at 168 lb.
Sorry I don't have any pictures, but IM hoping to find a digital camera soon ... from the sound of it, how IM I doing?

Well bro, it's hard for me to say. I mean i don't remember what i was when i was your age, Ooh yeah i was a fat ass, haha lol. Anyway you are doing good man, the great thing about stating out young is that by the time you are 20 your hard work will for surely show.
I remember when i was in the 7th grade my football coaches were astounished that i was benching over 250 and squating 350 (max). At the time i didn't think too much of it, but now i guess it was something to be proud of. I wish i would have took lifting seriously then because who knows where i would be now.

i was about 225 maybe, i don't really remember. I do remember that i was not the only kid with these lifts. There were 3 of us out of 80

Keep in mind that i was also fat, so i was a fatboy so i guess i did have an advantage, and i did bounce the weight off my chest back then. was not perfect by any means

When I was in the 7th grade I knew a kid named Brandon that was strong like that. He military pressed me with ease even though I only weight a little over 100 I bet, but picking me up like that was terribly easy for him. One time he power bombed this other kid that had to weigh in at 200 or so!!! Still it was scary, he was huge... then there was another kid the same age who could also put up numbers like him named mike or something, but that kid was a bit chubby if I remember right... either way they were both rediculously strong for being so young.
Anyway your lifts are impressive, in a few years you'll be a real monster for sure, just stick to it! I wish I was that strong when I was 15!

Damn good stats for your age. I am about your size but your arms are bigger than mine. Keep at it and remember to work them legs!

You sound really strong for 15! I started lifting when i was 16 and I remember I only benched 150 lbs
