thanx for the push guys...im in need of some serious fat burning but other then that im pretty happy..not realy sure about the %tage but i think im around 12%..my stats...well im 234lbs at 6'2..max bench 365lbs, shoulder press 125lb dumbels in each hand about 4times...i curl with sets of 140 about 8reps...squat with sets of 475...i know what ur thinkin but ive been natural for 5yrs...when i first started with squats i couldnt even squat wit 120lbs but what i did that realy worked was puting weight that i couldnt go all the way down with and went half way..within months i was doing more and more weight..then everyother 2workouts i would put a height i could go all the way down with..it realy worked for me..again thanx for the positive comnts
