before and middle point (not after yet)
I HAVE been on A Diet for 4 weeks and took one week off i stared back today
before 212 now 185 still got 15 more pounds to go.the last pic is my brother he ask me to post it up

so in 4 weeks you lost 27 pounds?
that's 7 pounds a week. not saying i don't believe you, but the contestants on survivor have lost less weight while being on a starvation diet for longer than you. you sure you started at 212?

well the first week i lose 10lbs all water so that 27lbs was not all fat.

Hard to believe you had that body buried beneath the fat. Good work. I can't wait to get off my mass cycle and start cutting. Low body fat is so important to getting "the look".

it might just be the pic, but why do you have a birthmark under your addams apple in the last pic, but not in the middle one? just asking.

looks like the stretch marks dissapeared too. but im guessing you used vitamin e. that last shot looks more like 145 than 185.

yes the last pic is my brother
and i do weight 185 im 5'11
also i do have bad stretch mark i hvae all over my shouldes biceps and triceps.because i gain 60lbs in 16 month im going try to fine the pic of me right befroe i stated working out then the pic 2 month after i started.

my diet was a low carb low fat low calories
well badguy help me with my diet.my diet before my cutting was 3000-3500caloies aday carbs 300-400 protein 120 or so.
so i went 15 or less carbs i cut my calories in half.and increase my protein. so carbs 15 ,calories 1500 ,protein 200 and fat 30.and for cardo i walk my dog taz eod for 30 mins. i ate 5 chicken breast aday and 4eggs.
for supplements i took one pill aday of muscletech hydroxcut. for the training i work out 5 days a week one bodypart aday 15 sets a bodypart 30-60 sec rest for each set.
