progress after 5 months

i last posted pics like 4 or 5 months ago and looked terrible... here is an update
sorry i dont know how to pose right and the pic quality is terrible
i have gone from a fatty looking 166lbs to about 178 and looking alot leaner than i did at 166

after reading the thread you posted a few months ago and seeing the results here, i'm glad you decided to wait on the steroids and do it naturally for a while

you and i both still have ALOT of potential left to fill
