    Whats up with all the nude pics? This isn't really the right section of the site for that question BUT you want to look into your diet for this, having alot of mass helps but the main ingredient to being ripped is a good diet that allows you to do so.

    I think there is a difference between a 20-something showing off the best picture he'll ever take in his life and thing to be a 30 or 40 something wave a picture around and say I want to look like this in 2 months, how to make this happen. Not sure you can ever really look just like someone else's best picture... we all have to live with what we got and make it look the best we can in our own way.
