This is a poor quality pic of me when i was 19 maybe early 20. Im 21 now . That is only after about 2 full years of hardcore training.
Dont Make fun of my ab's i was 19 i drank alota beer !

Well im new here so let me introduce myself. About 3-4 years ago i was forced to go to the gym by my highschool teacher. Up until that point i was a 120 pound pot smoking beer drinking looser. When i began lifting it changed me . Now im buff and clean and got a hot girlfreind . Life is good when you got muscle !
