half way through 2nd cycle
in the before pics im around 198-200
6.5weeks into the cycle im about 216
just let me know what i can work on and if i actually have made good progress? These are the before, next post is the afters.

do you ahve a suggested chest workout then and front detls?
I usually do 5 set of bench and then some dumbell work and dips for chest.

That's a lot of T3. I'm not a big fan of it as even while in a cycle it seems to take muscle along with the fat. I'd do 2 weeks clen /2 weeks ephedra cycle along with some cardio time on the treadmill before T3. If you really want to lose fat and gain muscle there's nothing better than test prop and fina.
