Domes Pics Up Tomorrow..
I got myself a Digital Camera today,so i'm gonna take it to the gym tomorrow and take some pics of me and my training partner.
I aint nothing special,as i've only been working out for 6 months,but my training partner has been working out for over 17 months now..
Anyway,watch this space.

Ok,heres the first pic for ye all..
Monday=Shoulders/Biceps and Abs day..
I been training for 6 MONTHS,i'm 19 years old,5ft 9" and at 190lbs.
Dont know what % body fat,but alot I'm more into Power Lifting,not really Body Building.
My stats:
Biceps=16.5 inches
Forearms=14.5 inches
Chest=43 inches
Calfs=16 inches
Neck=17 inches

good base you've got going on there bro...should thick about hitting a hardcore diet and cardio regimen within the next month so that you will look great for summer...keep up the good work..

Okay, I'll admit... I'm confused. You said you were more into powerlifting and not BB, right? Cutting and BF are not gonna be as critical for powerlifters as BB. Correct me, if I'm wrong. Not saying that powerlifting is a bad thing, but if your concentrating on powerlifting, your emphasis should be on getting the poundages up and not so much on getting your weight down. Unless you are extremely overweight, which you're not.

Well considering all this heavy workouts is'nt go easy going on the lungs,i was told to start doing alot of cardio.Which would help my breathing out(not that theres anything wrong)
I dont want a '6 pack' as such,i just dont want a fat belly,which i know i aint got,but i still need to lose a few pounds of fat.

Thanks for the comments..
I know i look WHITE,but in Scotland,we dont get alot of sun
So to try and get a tan is hard,unless ye go to a tanning place..And i aint gonna start doing that!
