Givin' It My All!
Of course this pic isn't what I would like to look like, I am however trying hard to get to where I would like to be. I definatley need to cut my bf%, gain more lean muslce and tone up. I am finding the inner thigh the most difficult part.. but it's coming along...... (slowly!! )

Would ya, I could swear I seen a girl that looked exactly like you worlking out there! U look awesome in the pic, it;s easy to tell u have the right frame for fitness and bbing. Keep at it and u will be sporting a grade A bod.

The picture is a little hard to see but you look great to me! What are your goals? Like I said, you look like you are in great shape now!

Alright.. I am 20 years old, and have always had a "fit" body never over weight... but still have more fat on my then preferred. I'm 5'2'' maybe 3" and am 127lbs !!
I have started going to the gym regularly about ( a whole big ) 2 months ago.... but have always did a work out at home. Lifting weights here, and jump rope ( ) I go to gym 5-6 days a week, depending on work sheduele. Umm.. still in the learning process.. so if you have any more Q's ..... ah, just let me know.
I know that there is a lot of info here to read! So i'll get started on that.

well, I have a (dumb, I don't know.... lol) question..... my 'inner thigh' .. that's my hardest part, and i do the inner thigh machine.. but wondering if there is a better excersise for that specifically?
Would be great for some responses on this.. thanks again everyone for the support!!!!!!

Welcome to the board, Looks like you have been hitting the weights hard. Nice job so far, losing BF is always hard for me to, just keep eating clean, and some cardio. As for your inner thigh go with a work out of wide stance squats, you will know the next day if the hit the spot you want. E-mail me let me know if they did the trick!

WOW! I did a diff thing for cardio today, it was called 'sweat and sculpt' ... and it has no comparison to what i did the other day, I like the kickbox cardio better, I hardly broke a sweat today, so I did more in the gym afterwards to make up. One thing it focused on was the tigh, and i can't lie, i felt that burn when I did that.
Don't know what i'm doing tomorrow yet, but definately upper body and another cardio class..

Thanks, and yes I have just started to get serious about this, I have always been 'fit' not a professional or anything. (obviously...lol)
And my legs.. well, I don't know if it's just me, but I really need to improve on them! I would like to gain a lot (not crazy huge!) more muscle built. My arms are getting bigger and toned, abs are coming along, and those again, will never be good enough! lolShake Ya A$$!!!!

I think as far as the inner thigh thing goes...I dont think you should worry about it overly much. Just work on you overall leanness and you'll be suprised how fast its gone. We all have spots that keep fat easier than others, but what I have discovered in my training (and backed by what i have read) is that it is almost impossible to spot reduce fat (aside from surgery). Lose weight all over and soon enuff your problem are will follow suit. Now I am not saying that you should not work that area intensely, because you CAN harden that spot up with added muscle, but it will not necessarily remove the fat from that spot unless you are losing fat all over

Well i think you look really good. You might wnat to try the rotating carb deal, that is what finally worked for me and pushed me past a fat loss plateu. (I still have a long long road ahead of me, don't get me wrong) Just keep at it because you will eventually get where you want to be.

GOOD JOB ON YOUR BODY IT LOOK VERY NICE. IF U REALLY WANT TO CONCENTRATE ON YOUR INNER THIGH I HAVE FOUND IT HELPFULL TO OPEN YOUR STANCE AND POINT YOUR TOES OUTWARD. THIS IS OF COURSE WHEN YOU DO SQUATS OR LEG PRESSES. KEEP WORKING OUT AND GOOD LUCK
