For admin, I am a new member and have recently been trying to join the forums but it keeps saying my IP address is banned. Is there a reason why? Right now i'm using a proxy to post but I don't want to since it's so slow. I myself have never been a member here but I did have a room mate a few years back who did all the time. He referred me here but the IP is banned. Please help, thanks.
