Anyone else having trouble loading the forum in their browser?

For some odd reason, when I go to load the forum in my browser, the forum times out. I tried other browsers, and same thing. Also went to steroid homepage and clicking the forum link, same thing. (This is all pre-login)
Then about 15 to 20 minutes later it works again. This has happened on several occasions.

^^^Just wanted to throw this out there. Anyone else having this issue?

I don't think it's browser related, I think it's steroid .com network /servers

i get it all the time from multiple places I am at. work. home. school. star bucks. every now and then I get cant load explorer

Wow, I can't believe nobody else has this problem! I removed the avatar picture from my old account, and then created an entirely new account and I'm still having huge problems with pages only loading the header and footer in the new forum.
