    Lifts are going up and up even while fasted on low carbs. Feelin great, hope you're all on your A game still cause I'm comin for ya!

    Might skip today, shoulder is feeling the abuse from the last week of training. Maybe just hit some squats and a hour long cardio.

    Today's session was 10x10 ATG squats at 185lb. Then half hour walk at 15% incline 4mph.

    Hurts to walk if that's of any significance lol! Weight keeps going up (on the lifts) even on lower calorie intake.

    Finally a rest day tomorrow, looking forward to eating like a pig.

    Shoulder session was awesome.

    Shoulder dumbbell press 70x12, 75x10, 80x6, 80x6.
    Bent over side laterals and standing side laterals.

    25min cardio

    Today was deadlift day! Hit 225x12, 315x10 then I had to switch grip. Last two sets were 315x6 reverse grip. Not as heavy as most guys on here but it's progress none the less.

    45min cardio at 140bpm

    405 will be quite a mile stone once I hit it. Looks are deceiving lol there's a bit a muscle under the pudge. Was iffy on the dead lifts but after a few weeks of heavy rack pulls I went for it. Baby steps :P

    Heavy Racks huh? When I was in high school, I trained arms by lifting my gfs enormous 32Fs. Damn near gave me tendonitis.

    I played nice while in Mexico. The place we stayed had a grill going all day so lean fish, chicken, beef or pork was always available
