    New Member for the female section! Hi girls!

    Hi ladies! My name is Jaclyn Carlson and Ive been on the site for quite some time, but the guys arent very much help when I post sokmething. They always think Im a dude! Well, Im 23 years old, and ive been into lifting now for about 3 1/2 years. Would love some advice on competeing since I am doing my first show in September....figure that is. Thanks!!
