New member
wanting to learn more about fitness. I'm 23 and have a 2 year old and still trying to lose all of the baby fat. My Bf said this was a great place to get to learn how to reach goals and maintain properly.
Stats:
current :160 lbs 5'3''
Goal: 130lbs

My wife is a member of the board and had the same stats as you or close anyway.
Her short term goal was to get from around 155 to 130.
So far she has dropped 15 pounds in six weeks. Stick around the diet section and learn haow to eat and how to workout and you will be amazed at how fast you will reach that goal you have set for your self.
