High reos or low
My wife is trying to lose body fat, she has her diet in check and exercises 5 days a week. The only time she cheats is "that time of the month" Should she be doing high reps (12-16) lighter weights or low reps (4-6) higher weight?
She is presently using clen and may add some T3 at a later time. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
