Badgirl Is A Newgirl To Anabolic Review
Hi all, I usually post on BSS but took an invitation from Ms. Figure to come check things out over here. I love the site and wish I had come by sooner. I am new to weight training since April of 2001, my husband is a body builder and has introduced me to weight training more heavily than I ever have before and I have done a few cycles under his wing.
Although I have been into fitness since I was a teenager I had never been into lifting heavy weights until April - all of my understanding about what women should do has completely changed since I have begun to educate myself. I hope to learn much more through this forum.

Replying to posts???
I have a question about replying to a thread......sometimes I receive a reply to a post that was meant for someone else, I wonder if maybe the other person is being notified along with myself? I don't understand how this reply system works, sometimes I press the "quote" button and I would think that that person is being notified (the person that I quoted) is that correct? Or am I being notified for EVERY post because I have that check mark down below next to the box called email notification. It's weird that sometimes I am notified but sometimes I am not notified. Okay hope I haven't confused anyone

You can stop it from notifying you all the time if you go to User CP and edit options if you want it to stop. I think it's titled E-mail Notification. Just click no and it stops.
