Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice..I am training and are looking to loose some weight, I have never been on anything, and I just purchased my first bottle of liquid Clenbuterol, I've been doing research but just wanted to see if anyone has any tips or recommendations?? I plan to start it next week 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and then again 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off... 20 mg 3 times a day.....my goal is to loose 15-20 pounds.. I am 5'3 and 139 pounds... any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Why 2 on 2 off? what do you plan on doing about receptor downregulation? What % of body fat are you? Need more info.

I was reading around and most people recommend to take it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, for the receptor down regulation I was planning on taking keto but thought maybe it was unnecessary since I was going to let my body rest for 2 weeks... and I have about 27% body fat. I weigh 139 pounds and im 5'3 btw im a girl ...

ok first and foremost as others can attest you really need to bring down your bf% on your own before using Clen . too many people use it as a crutch and it is not very wise to do so. Secondly 2 on 2 off is pointless without keto and even with keto that does not help as you will usually see the most amount of real gains after the 2 week mark. Your body even having two weeks off will not up-regulate on it's own, and the little if will is not enough to warrant going at it without Keto.
What I would recommend is 6 weeks straight
Wk1 20mcg
Wk2 40mcg
Wk3 60mcg & Keto ED 2ml
Wk4 80mcg
Wk5 100mcg
wk6 120mcg & Keto ED 2ml
You could plateau off at a lower dose if you like but I will admit over time the same dose seems to be less and less effective even with Keto.
To be blunt I do not recommend this till you bring down your BF to around 20%.

jtuner, I went to the gym today and I am actually 23% bf, sorry it had been a while since I had measured.

clen is some gnarly stuff if you're not use to stimulants. Assess your tolerance as you go. If the side effects get bad don't go with a higher dosage just because its time by the schedule of your cycle. And welcome to the board. Check out our diet forum to maximize your efforts

This is a normal bf for a girl. I was 22% bf first starting to compete. Go with the recommended dosage of clen given as jtuner mentioned.....but gage for yourself!!! If your finding 20 is too much by too much jitters.....heart rate...cut it back in half and start with that.
I also recommend NOT taking clen past 2 pm or so depending on bedtime; or your sleeps are gonna be sh&t
On your days off to reduce the beta receptors from firing off all the time; take benadryl on days off.

Good points Kawi. Elle for some people Benadryl works for some it's like nothing so try it as it is a much cheaper alternative then Keto but I find Keto to work everytime I have taken it.

20mg of clen is a lot. This is potent stuff. Are you sure you don't mean 20mcg 3 times a day?
