Hello to Everyone
I came across this board on a google search. I am 5'5" 160lbs. I am in desperate need to lose weight and I dont have the hundreds and thousands to spend on a personal trainer. I have tried a couple diets and I have already changed my eating habits. I want to get down to about 140lbs. I just want to know the quickest way to accomplish my goal. So please apprve my profile

Welcome.....Not really sure what's available in the Woman's Forum as i can't access it(i don't think men can anyway).
But you can go to the Diet Section and post your diet. The experts there will be than happy to help.
Also, you can contact Admin and ask for your name to be in pink. This way everyone knows you're a female without you having to state it in every post. Just a thought...

hi lady. I am down to 35 pounds since jan 1st of this year thanks to some awesome diet advice and ongoing support from this forum. you in the right place. jump over to diet and workout forums. you gonna be down those 20 before holidays if that what you want!
