    Started on CYX3 and clueless

    Hey Ladies , im a 23 year old female, bout 30 kgs overweight and just started with the CYX3 its day 2 now, but i am seriously clueless as to what i should do except for popping the pills , i have managed to get the dosage so im cool with that, i need some fast results just to get me going, also some info as to what excersizes i must do and what my diet should look like

    i would appreciate any guidance

    Definately do some reading in the diet section if weight loss is your goal. Those guys will sort you out in no time.
