I'm new to this site and am very egar to get lots of help! I have done a cycle of winn. before and loved the results..while I was on the cycle. However, alomost immediately after the cycle all my gains went away. Im not sure what a "cycle" should look like. How long do you stay on a cycle, what do you take when it is over, and how long till you re-start. For example, if I were to take winn or primo, how whould this be done effectively? I am looking to build some muscle, such as a figure competitiors built, not as much as a bobybuilder.
