Nothing works what can be recommeded
I'm posting this for my girl she is 5 2 210lbs. She has. Thyroid problem leading to the weight gain. She works out with me and eats. A good low carb diet. I know roids helped me but what would help her lose the baby. Fat I would say. She was 150 when we met and wants to be back down there. Any injection or pills that would help?

Mate,
Knowing absolutely NOTHING about your woman, except she has low thryoid, I'd say get that fixed first. Is it? Is she on meds to bring her thryoid back up? Does she work out at the gym?
Based totally on my ignorance abouut her, I would suggest having her look into the Atkins diet for two months only. After, have her switch to a South Beach which is more healthy in the long run. But my answer will change if you tell me she is a gym rat.
Remember when it comes to information...
...garbage in and garbage out.
How are we supposed to help you with no information?
btw, please do not look for "short cuts" to losing weight, since they are not healthy.

I'd suggest your friend ask for herself. She is having the problem, I agree with Roman and would add that every woman I have met who was obese claimed some problem other than poor diet or just overeating! Good luck. John

Ya the Tyroid is fixed and on meds, gym rat 3x a week with me. She eats low carbs , not much pasta or bread , no soda , we are one the opposite diets I look To pound cals and she need the opposite. But what injection will be best T3, CLEN , ECA, EPHEDRINE. Nothing to make her hyper or feel weird. I would have her post this but I have a account her so I thought I'd ask. and can when can she get on test e ? She's on a good diet already. She feels no progress.

I agree, have her join and post, cuz there maybe things hoing on with her your unawear of... some times us gals dont share everything with our men lol
she maybe self sabbataging her intake with binging or not even actualy realize how much or how often shes consuming food that shes not tracking, even clean diets can cause weight gain if you eat too much (nutrition forum can help her with this) also depending on her age she may have hormone imbalance (hormone thread can help her with this)
the best part is if she joins she can go in the female only forum and have a safe private place to get it all staritened out, with out feeling like she is letting you down in anyway... shes not alone and sometimes just knowing that other gals are in the same pickle can help... plus she can read what works or worked for other gals...including any pills/ stacks/ ect.
but certainly the first thing she will need to do is post all her states her history and daily intake / out put so memebers can figure out the best next step

thyroids are tricky and the doctor makes a huge difference. most gals I knew with thyroids were able to loose weight only AFTER the doctor figured out the right meds and dosage. very very tricky situation.
let her know that u got her back, cuz I can't imagine her feeling great about herself when she isn't really in control. Good luck!!!

Thyroid is a scary thing to play with and by having her take things such a clen , etc, it will amp her up and make her feel "weird" as you put it if she has never taken anything like this before. She needs to be training more than 3 days a week, and I would incorporate different kinds of lifting into her routine, try getting her to go heavy 5x5, and make the training sessions intense, have her doing Hiit and Liis cardio 5 days a week, and look into more of a figure athletes diet, good oils, fish, chicken, vegies, NO BREADS NO PASTAS....And NO TEST FOR HER!!!! What are you trying to do to this poor girl.
