Newbie serious about dropping fat
Basically I was fit five years ago then broke my neck and gained a lot of weight. I now weigh 220 and am 5'11. Im starting a clean nutrition plan and adding in cardio and light lifting to start n see how my neck holds up, then increase once I feel its safe (still have an injury requiring surgery if I'm not careful) I am looking for any advice on supplements im thinking bsn syntha 6, a bcaa, and perhaps a creatine type of sup. Anyone feel like helpin this fatkid out?

Wow I trully envy you takes a lot of courage and guts to get back on track after what you been through. I broke my hip in middle school and had surgery on my hip they put a pin it 1 out 4 the surgery is successful I wasnt that 1 From that time and now dang i gain hecka weight. 27 now trying to get ripped from 40% body fat to 10% or 7% body fat Anyways wanted to say welcome and wish you the best on your journey to success.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. ~Lance Armstrong
