    Hello,
    I have a torn tendon and registered to ask few questions. I was at quite high amateur level prior to injury. I have never been on anything beyond b12 and creatine but injury gets longer and i get advices on hgh and igf1. Just anything to heal this. Then get back 15 lbs of muscles i have already lost.
