    Just joining...

    Wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to the site, but not new to fitness or to supplements! I've never personally taken them (didn't really feel I needed them), but have helped clients (Men) that I train to them.

    I'm in my 40's and compete along with I'm a fitness professional. I've noticed significant changes...working out more gaining less...less energy...harder to maintain! And cutting...forget it! I've never gotten to where I've wanted..not really. So...I'm in. I've read a ton on the site to get the infer I've needed for a female and I'm going to try some! I can't take it!! lol. I'm looking at of course Var and Clen and Winn. It looks like I need to stack?

    I lift very heavy for a woman. I'm 5'9" at 13% bf, weigh in right now at 154, and compete in the women's physique category. Honestly, I don't want to get much bigger...just leaner...I may drop down to women's figure...

    Any advice is great. I want to do it right!

    Welcome Plynn! So glad to have you here. I've competed too, and would love to have someone else to chat with!
    There's a lot here on supplements, but first check out the nutrition section about cutting. Best to get that in order first - although it sounds like you are right on at 13%. Nice work!
