    Unhappy help me!!! I'm completely clueless!

    So here's my run down... I'm a mum of 3 and 173ish cms tall and pre pregnancy I was 55kgs (I have no idea what % bf I was but the scales said high 20's) and pretty happy but wanted to gain a bit of muscle and lose more bf. But then after the last 2 years straight being pregnant I am now 66kgs and it's depressing!

    I want to lose the weight and gain some muscle. I have never taken anything before but am looking at Anavar , clen and t3 cytomel . I'm a complete newbie and know nothing bar what google has told me.

    I read something about PCT and other than knowing what it stands for, I have no idea what it involves.

    I also don't know if I can/should be doing all 3 of these together and how to cycle them.

    I want some abs dammit!

    Welcome. You didn't say what your gym routine and diet are like, but to me it sounds like you need to spend some time eating right and weight training before you even think about using any of the things you posted.

    Well here's the thing.. I've been eating really well, low cals and my weight has been going back up!

    I've been doing weights 4 at the gym times a week and cardio as well and since then my weight has been dropping but VERY slowly. Hence why I want something/s to kick start it in the right direction.

    Problem with nearly all steroids , Var being one of them - is that it can make you retain water & gain unwanted weight.

    I understand that you want that extra push. But, juice is kinda special like that - you will get out what you put in


    Meaning your diet & workout regimen needs to be dead on to see the quality results that you want to see.


    I see so many - men & women, just trying to find the "easier" way out.

    Don't just jump on - do it all, I know it's not easy. But, ya know

    Also - Make sure your Var is damn near guaranteed legit. Bunk Var can really fvck a female up quick.
