Wow, thank you everyone! So yesterday I think I spent 3 hours reading all sorts of stuff and one of my biggest concerns was finally cleared up! Feels like I just hit gold!

Wow, this site has become most certainly the most useful forum EVER! Have been considering posting a log to get everyone up to date on what I have done and where things are going (w/pics). The way I see it everything here has been an enormous stress reliever in that I'm blind as to what to expect and maybe what I experience could help someone else. Currently I'm on the 4th four weeks on/four weeks off cycle of Var. Have attempted to increase from 5mg/day to 10 however it doesn't settle well. Still get great results with 5mg/day so will continue that path.

Do it! Start a thread in member cycles in member experiences. Bina and I both have active logs. Helps to keep focused and motivated.

Thank you^^^ yes I have been reading your log too. Can not believe all the incredible information I have found. Serious life saver as I'm BRUTALLY shy and have a very small circle of people I speak with...none workout. Don't know anyone at the gyms yet and NO WAY will I walk up and be like...hey stranger gym person...is this to be expected on var?....NOT GONNA HAPPEN. NOPE. For me it's all been research research research!

No one knows I am a member of this site. No one. I don't talk AAS usage outside of here. No. Not job friendly and ppl don't understand.

One other friend is in the gym like me but she is more of a runner and cardio bunny. None of my friends lift like I do. That's why this is such a great pace to learn.

What's the problem you are having with increasing dosage?

I hear ya. Def something nobody needs to know about. I simply state...hey I am lifting heavier...body must be getting ready to make changes again?
Dosages...apparently I'm sensitive or something...5mg...ok....10mg...heart rate through the roof, massive headaches, very aggressive. Feel it within 3 days and have tried 3 times. Last cycle (cycle 3) I dealt with it...the worst part was when I came off joints, cramping and cortisol went ballistic!!! Was swollen to the point it hurt for 2 weeks before it backed off. Thought I had ruined myself for awhile there.

Actually just learned about Labmax test kits when I joined...another great concern soon to be explained thanks to this forum. Will keep you posted on that.
