    Talking Just starting out.

    Hi there. New to the site/forums.
    Been working on putting on muscle for the last year but struggling to do that. Then in April I had some family stuff I had to deal with and fell off the wagon. Late May I started back on track and I'm currently working on getting the body fat down. Not sure if I'll cycle but if I decide to I know there is a lot of info here on options. Right now I'm just reading, dieting down and exercising.

    Hope to keep it going

    Thanks- looking forward to absorbing all the info I can. I know a cycle isn't for everyone nor is it to be taken lightly. After lurking for a few weeks it's obvious I can learn a lot here.
