Hi everyone,
I joined this forum to learn more about body building. I'm a 27 year-old female with 1.5 years lifting experience. I feel like I have been plateau-ing for the past few months and I am looking to find way to sharpen my workouts and dieting and learn more about using AAS.

Normally a minor tweak to diet and training to get thru a plateau depending on your stats and goals. Carb cycling for example.

Some of my best days are related to this place but not directly of course. You will see what I mean if you stick around.
NACH, a member here said it like this: your journey here and to your goals will be like a marathon, long. It will not be like a race, short. Dedication and endurance basically. I'm sure you can get by without having to learn a whole lot but I really like learning about the things here not just because the knowledge has benefits.
