New guy
Hey everybody, I'm 26 and have been lifting on and off since I was 15. Been going about a year strong now. I have no real stats to keep track of other than I'm 26 and have never cycled. Just seeking advice and directions, so bear with me haha.

Simple stats would be a good start , height , weight, diet . Welcome

Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.
Stats consist of:
Age
Height
Weight
Bf%
Cycle history
Years training
Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
