    Doc Newman MMA

    Hello everyone, I guess I need to tell you a few things about me. I just retired from the military after 24 years of service. I have spent most of the past 10 years in combat and have a ton of injuries. I am on this site to learn better ways to recover. My med hx, broken neck, back, both shoulders, crushed ankle, crushed face, broken arm, and a crooked toe. I bet you are laughing about the crooked toe but it really bothers me. I teach MMA with Grand Master Dean Pyles in the Florida school and I have to stay ahead of the students. I am 80% after several surheries but live with daily pain. Looking to regain my prior condition but it's not as easy to rebuild at the age of 44!
