Time to hit the gym again
Hey all I have not been training for 6 months + eating take away every night haha not good for the health anyway I'm going to do a month or 2 hard training and hit my first cycle so any help would be good will keep u updated on how the training in going

Thanks guys for the welcome i have been renovating my new house this last 3 months so iv had no kitchen it will be finished in a few days no looking foreword to having some good food and getting back to training iv put on a few lbs so need to knock that out first
