    Hello

    Hello Everyone,

    43 year old 5'11 210lbs. Here to learn as much as i can. Used to work out often before i had children and now want to get back into it but have a really hard time with motivation and recovery.

    Lots of info here, it is overwhelming.

    Welcome Phatz! This is normally for into's only but I'll give one piece of advice. Visit the HRT Forum and read the sticky threads at the top. Start this new phase of your life with full blood work to establish solid baselines, hormone levels, etc.
