Just wanted to take some time to introduce myself. I'm new to this forum but I've been lifting for about 10 years. While I have lifted for quite some time it has ony been within the last 1.5 years that I've really started watching my diet and applying a cutting/bulking approach. For the past 1.5 years I've been working with Swolecat via his programs and I've made a tremendous amount of progress which includes gaining 29 lbs using his lean bulking program over a period of (30) weeks. I'm now using Swolecat's cutting program to get "ripped" for summer and I'm seeing great results.
