I am an enthusiastic 34 year old who can't get enough of working out. I'm 6' 200 pounds. I've been exercising for the past 2 years however, I've only started to hit the weights (heavy) since December of 2005. My question is how big can I really get?? I've trained for months at 6 days a week sometimes 7 if I wasn't sore from my previous work out. I eat 4 to 5000 grams a day. I consume 200 to 300 grams of protein a day. I've been on NO Explode, cellmas, nitrix as a stack and I have used endocil CR (Green tomato extract )twice. Currently on Endocil CR only. It seems I dropped on my max bench by 15#s two weeks after getting off of cellmas.
