I'm new to the group and would like to introduce myself. I'm looking at making some big gains, with the groups help and information. I've been working out for about 10 years and have done acouple cycles but at the point now where I want to grow more. I'm 28, 5'11, and 245lbs, looking to cut down to about 215-220lbs for that shredded look. I've been reading up on some good cycles and about to get more focused on my diet. Any kind of information or leads, will be helpful.
