where do i go from here?

I mean my workouts need to be defined and tuned, working out hard like I have done its no wonder I lost the weight. Now I need ot know if I am over or under training. My power decreases dramatically sometimes from week to week.......

Where do I go to find good diets and the proper form of training, including how, how much, one body part per day or more, and how will i know it is time to increase the weight........????

All this info and more can be found from the main forums. Check out the Diet forum, Workout questions, Lifting and techniques, etc.

If you need more help, def talk to an experienced trainer at a gym.

go to a big gym and find out from people who the best trainer is...(best in every aspect that you need)...I dig the 70's hair, my mom would never let me do that back in the day.

Trying to surf this (seemingly) big wave...LOL

Thanks everyone for the words and guidance. I am ready to listen to all the wisdom that I know is in here. I have been out of commission for over a week......had 4 Finals and a 20 page Psych paper all due last week.....school is out for the summer baby....and its time to learn how to navigate this site.
I have read some articles in the diet and training forum and read some interesting stuff from one cat in there. Talks about how its not the length of the gym workout, but the intensity........but I am confused about some of his wording about simple workout words that I thought I knew such as "sets". Plus, the info didn't seem totally complete. Short (and long term for that matter) memory sucks for this dude....way too much partying back in the day......
I guess since I am new I cannot directly contact members....so I'll find you out in the forum somewhere and fly you a kite.......
TO ANSWER DAVESHENCHMAN'S QUESTION.....YES, definite Metal fan here.......
I was really surprised to read one article about consuming 5000+ calories a day......wow......that scares me because I used to be so fat, and back then it was all about starvation diets. But, I did learn why that that isn't true. I do eat 4-6 meals a day. It's really hard to break the old eating habits and be disciplined to ration out the type and amount AND at what "specific" time to eat.......whew!!!!!! I thought consuming 2800 calories was enough. I was able to consume 2500 to 3000 calories a day and still rack in about 180 to 230 grams of protein
    Anyway, that's my noise......
