Under Construction
Hey Hey, Just started week 7 of 10 of my deca cycle I,ve already put on 10lbs and the best is yet to come.

Cycle consisted of D-bol and Deca
Stats 190lbs.
Training 3.5 yrs.
18% BF
5'10"
Unfortunatly this is my first cycle, and its not a test only, live and learn Igot some cyp and I plan on running it with Deca any comments?

Welcome, yea don't even worry about researching what you are injecting into your body before you do it. There are no risks involved...right guys? comeon right? Comeon man use your head and research before you do anything else.

Did I say that I did no research? My gains from the cycle (which is over now) are , IMHO, significant. I put on 15lbs and now on week 4 off I have retained 12lbs. and my strength has maintained its intensity.

u need to work more in ur diet, but good luck with what ever u trying to do.
