Yea, I don't want to bulk up really at this point in my life (23 years of age) I have pretty good muscle mass and kinda want a little boost so I can cut some weight and get more striations in what I already have. I hear some can help to make the body use fat more and such. I think if I lost 10-20 lbs I would have my six pack back that I had in highschool. I was wondering if you guys worked with this kinda thing or if I need to find another site?
