Starting lifiting last year after loosing 20lbs because of gf ***ression.
Was tired of being Skinny. I decide to bulk up so i tried some pro H's
I made some nice results some may say i went from 170 to 200lbs
My ***ression Wt was 150

Now I am maintaing a steady 200 lbs with my fast metabloism. I would like to
get to around 230lbs with 5% bf.. I would like to doa show and compete
in the heavyweight Class

Considering a cycle of AAS, but doing my homework.

Thats it. This forum seems to more gear toward what I am looking for hardcore training and nutrition.
