Bodsangles
Hi:
I'd like to say hi:
I am a 44 year old bodybuilder and have been lifting for 18 years most of it without pharmaseutical help. Not a
complete waste of time but since then I have educated myself to benifits of supppliments. I am here to futher
expand on my education and contribute whenever possible.
To that end I wish good health to everyone in here.
Thank you for allowing me to contribute.
Sincerely
Bodangles.Last edited by Bodangles; 07-07-2007 at 02:46 PM.

as I have a few dozen questions
I have trained with Frank Zane last month maybe I could contribute some trips and tips he offered me?
Is there a log book area where pics are posted?
In any event its a pleasure to meet ya.

There is a members pic section. I'm sure I'm not alone in welcoming you and all you can contribute to the board, I look forward to hearing your input. I remember staring at Frank Zane in magazines when I was younger, what a treat it must be to train with him. Glad to have you here

Frank is much older now but still very strong and a very intelligent fellow. He wants to help me prepare for my show this fall, I am to send him full posing pics 1 month before the show and he will help me tweak things. The 3 days I spent with him gave me a great deal of insight and was very helpful. All in all the meeting felt weirdly sureal...like you I looked at him in mags. My wife set me up with him after I mentioned that was what I wanted for my birthday this past June.
The routine he customized for me is quite different a 5-5-4/3 way split system which I have been on for 4 weeks now. He says he used a very similar program throughout his career. I used him as my mentor because I have a similar metabolism and like him a hard gainer. I also beleive in the asthetics of BB as opposed to pure size.
But if I get an ear for what I've learned I'll share it.
Be well Imagetbig!
